face t face“面对面”,在句子中作状语;face-t-face“面对面的”,为形容词,在句子中作定语。

【归纳拓展】(1)while还可以引导让步状语从句,意思是“虽然,尽管”。while引导的让步状语从句通常放在主句之前。While he can’t speak English very well,he tries t cmmunicate with thers in it.虽然他英语说得不是很好,但是他尽力用英文与人交流。(2)while可以为并列连词,引导两个并列句,表示一种“对比关系”。The first tw services are free,while the third csts ￡35.前两项服务免费,但是第三项服务要花35英镑。
过去进行时的被动语态一、概念表示过去某个时刻正在进行或者发生的被动性的动作。二、构成:was / were + being +动词的过去分词 He hurried hme,never nce lking back t see if he was being fllwed.他匆匆赶回家,一次也没回头看有没有人跟踪他。
三、过去进行时态的被动语态的基本结构 1.过去进行时态的被动语态的肯定式为:was/were+being+dne。When I called,tea was being served.当我打电话时,正值上茶之际。2.过去进行时态的被动语态的否定式为:was/were+nt+being+dne。The yung mther wasn’t being fllwed by the baby.那个年轻的妈妈没有被孩子跟着。
3.过去进行时态的被动语态的一般疑问句需将was/were提到主语的前面。Was ur teaching building being built at that time?那时正在建我们的教学楼吗?4.过去进行时态的被动语态的特殊疑问句为:疑问词+was/were+(主语)+being+dne?What was being dne t the machine?对这台机器采取了什么措施?
四、过去进行时态的被动语态的用法1.过去进行时态的被动语态同它的主动语态一样,表示过去正在进行的被动动作。 He was being interviewed by ur headmaster at that time.那时他正在接受我们校长的采访。 This film was being shwn then.那时这部电影正在放映。 2.过去进行时态的被动语态一般不与表示一段时间的状语或表示次数的状语连用,这时需要用完成时态的被动语态。如:The watch was being repaired twice.改成 The watch has been repaired twice.The huse ver there was being built fr tw mnths.改成The huse ver there has been built fr tw mnths.
