Step1: Leading-in
Welcme back t schl. Ask them what they had dne fr the cming senir high schl study. The questins may be like this:

Hw will this year be different frm last year?
What d yu think f ur schl s far?
What subjects are yu mst interested in?
Ask 2-3 students and talk with them.
Step2: Grup wrk
Divide the students int 8 grups and ask them t have a discussin.
They shuld chse a reprter and cllect all the infrmatin f their grup.

The students shuld ask and answer, then the reprters cme t the frnt and reprt their grups’ infrmatin.
Step3: Watch and write
Ask the students t read the table n page 1 and understand what they will write.
Watch the vide and finish the exercise.

Step 4 Drill
Senir high schl is a time f learning and discvery. But what and hw t learn? What abut discvery? The teacher will lead the students t think f their schl life. And at last, present Cnfucius’s saying: Study withut thinking leads t cnfusin; thinking withut study ends in puzzlement.
Step 5 Exercise
Ask the students t write sme sentences abut what they will learn and discver in senir high schl and hw they will d t fulfill.
