Step 1:Warming up
T:Hello,boys and girls.Nice to meet you!Today we are going to learn good manners.First let’s sing a song So We Can Be Friends to warm up ourselves.OK?
Ss:Yes!
T:OK!Please stand up.Let’s sing the song together.Follow me and do the actions with me.OK?
Ss:Yes!

设计意图:此环节通过师生共同演唱歌曲并做动作进行本单元的导入比较迅速有效,渲染课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣,消除学生一节课开始的紧张感。最主要的目的是引入本单元的话题Good Manners。
Step 2:Comprehensive the whole text
T:How do you behave yourself when there are guests in your family?
S:I will serve them tea,and talk with them.
T:OK,very good.Anybody else?
S:I will share them with my toys.
T:OK,very good.Thank you.Let’s go to our text to see how Li Ming does.
1.Teacher explain the text sentence by sentence,help the students to understand the text better and give them a full understanding of the main sentences and phrases.
设计意图:老师与学生的对话贴近生活实际,带着问题走进课文,激发学生的好奇心,使学生更好地理解文章。
Step 3:Drill
1.Read the lesson and do Exercise 1 on Page 123.
2.What can you conclude according to the tips given by Mr. Manner’s?
设计意图:通过让学生自己对于不同风俗习惯的总结和对比,有助于学生更好地理解课文,认识到不同的国家有不同的风俗习惯,我们应该学习和尊重。
