with复合结构是许多英语复合结构中的最常用的一种，它是学生学习英语时经常接触的句型，也是高考考查的热点,更是高中英语语法的一个难点。在高中英语课本中频频出现，用法十分灵活而复杂。学好它对学好复合宾语结构、不定式复合结构、动名词复合结构和独立主格结构均能起很重要的作用。
从学生角度分析为什么难
本节课的教学对象是高三学生,他们大都基础一般,对语法不敏感，尤其难的语法。
难点教学方法
1.通过小组合作，在小组成员的帮助下,加上老师化难为易的设计使他们感到轻松,也能积极参与到课堂活动中来。

2.从总结出来的结构中，让学生试着给with 复合结构下定义。然后教师补充并当场练习。
with复合结构是一种由介词with+宾语+宾语补足语构成的一种复合结构，宾语由名词或代词充当，宾语补足语由形容词、副词、介词短语、非谓语充当。
注意： with结构不是句子，它在句中定语或状语，故with结构中不会有谓语动词形式。
