Yet, the 55 ethnic minrities, nestled away n China’s vast frntiers, maintain their wn rich traditins and custms, and all are part f Chinese culture.

Put these ingredients and the dates int a pt. Pur in 6 cups f water, and bring the pt t a bil befre simmering fr ne and a half hurs ver lw heat.
Wash the raisins, walnuts, and lngan fruit, and then put them int the pt with sme sugar befre simmering fr anther 30 minutes.
Turn ff the heat and then wait fr 10 minutes befre serving the prridge.
