Students sing English song together.通过歌曲图片的形式激发学生学习兴趣,了解本单元所学的内容。Ⅱ.Presentation 1.T:I’m going to buy some books. Where can I go?2.T:Show word cards to teach the new words:science,museum,post office,bookstore,cinema,hospital3.T:Where is our school?(引导学生回答)T:Where is the bookstore? 4.show the pictures of cinema and ask :Where is the cinema? Ss:Go to the bookstore ,buy a book S:It's near/behind Xinhua Bookstore. S:It's near the post office. It’s near the bookstore, I can go on foot.通过提问的方式引出本节课的重点单词并教读。 Ⅱ.consolidation 1.T:Let’s play a game Where can I go?I want to see a doctorI want to post a letter.I want to see a filmI want to buy a book. 2.T:Let’s play a game again ,What's missing?教师出示本节课所学的重点单词,让学生快速说出哪个单词消失了。 Students give the answer 学生快速说出消失的单词 通过游戏的方式进一步巩固所学的重点单词。 Ⅲ. .Practice T:Let’s guess.教师出示一张书店的图片并遮挡一副图片,让学生猜测:Where is the bookstore?用同样的办法出示其他图片让学生猜它的位置。 学生用句型It’s next to the __________.回答。 通过猜图片的方式,让学生产生头脑风暴,让学生体会英语学习的乐趣。 Ⅳ.Exercises 1.Where ________(is/are) the cinema?2.It's ________(附近)the bookstore.3.It's ________ ________(旁边) the museum.4.Is there a ________(电影院) near here?5. ________(Where/How) is the hospital? 学生小组内完成练习,全班共同核对答案。 Homework: 1.将新学单词写在四线三格里。2.运用所学句型写几个对话,并背下来。3.Make a dialogue about asking roads板书设计Unit 1 How can I get there?Part A Let’s learnscience museum post office bookstore cinema hospital A:Where is the cinema?
