what time和when 的辨析
①What time意为“几点，什么时候〞，答复要确切到几点或几点几分。
如 ---What time is it? 现在几点了？

②When意为“何时，什么时候〞，答复可以是具体的几点，也可以 是日期或时间段。
如 ---When is yur birthday? 你的生日是什么时候？
