    The teacher pastes the pictures f tableware and fd arund the classrm befre class.
    The teacher says, “Pass me…/Give me…” And students find the right pictures and give them t the teacher. Or the teacher says, “What wuld yu like?” And students answer the questin and find the right pictures.

    通过观察和描述图片,在复习本单元的词汇和句型的基础上认读理解本课的新句型。
    Step 2: Presentatin
    1. Pre-reading. (课件出示:傍晚Jhn在家的图片)
    (1)Lk and say.
    T: It’s time fr dinner. Lk! Where is Jhn? Yes, he’s at hme. What wuld Jhn like fr dinner? Can yu guess?
    Ss: Beef./Bread…
    The students guess the answers and the teacher writes dwn the wrds n the blackbard. The teacher takes ut the pictures f fd and asks several students t paste the pictures next t the crrespnding wrds.
    Shw the pictures f tableware.
    T: I’m hungry. I’d like sme ndles. (教师从图片中随机抽取餐具图片并提问) Can I have a spn/a knife and frk/chpsticks, please?
    Ss: Yes./N.
    T: Wuld yu like sme ndles?
    S1: Yes, please. (教师提示学生抽取一张餐具图片,其中不包含筷子图片) Can I have a spn/a knife and frk, please?
    T: Yes, but try chpsticks fr ndles.
    Teach the sentence structures “Can I have…, please?” “Try… fr…” and ask students t practice them. (课件出示:①先呈现牛肉、勺子图片,然后出现刀叉图片;②先呈现汤、筷子图片,然后出现勺子图片)

    2. While-reading.
    (1)Watch the cartn and answer.
    T: Lk! Jhn is at hme with his mther. It’s time fr dinner. They are talking abut their dinner. What wuld Jhn like fr dinner? Watch the cartn, find the answer and underline the key sentences. (课件出示:教材P53 Read and tick部分的动画)
    (2)Watch the cartn again and answer.
    T: Wuld Jhn like sme ndles? What can Jhn use fr ndles? Watch the cartn again, find the answers and underline the key sentences. (出示课件)
    (3)Read after the cartn, then tick the pictures yu read abut in the talk.
    Ask students t pay attentin t imitating the accurate pause and intnatin and realize the emtin f the characters.

    Instruct students t read the text accrding t the sense grups.

    先引导学生观察图片中的内容,再来选择正确的单词进行填空,检验学生能否正确地理解句子、认读单词。最后让学生选择正确的单词填写句子来介绍自己想吃的晚餐食物,让学生在使用中巩固所学知识。

    (1)Talk abut the sup and chse sme wrds t fill in the blanks.
    T: (Pint t the sup.) What’s this? Yes, sup. This is Jhn’s sup. What’s in the sup?
    Ss: Beef, vegetables and ndles.
    T: If yu are Jhn, yu can say, “In my sup, I’d like sme beef, vegetables and sme ndles.” Pay attentin t the spelling f these wrds. When we write sentences, we shuld pay attentin t capitalizing the first letter. And we shuld als pay attentin t punctuatin marks. Write the sentence n the blackbard fr demnstratin.
    (2)Talk abut yur dinner and chse sme wrds t fill in the blanks.
    T: Nw suppse it’s 6:00 in the evening. It’s time fr dinner. What wuld yu like fr dinner? Please talk t yur partner, then write dwn yur dinner in yur bk.
    Write the sentence n the blackbard fr demnstratin:
    I’d like sme fish, vegetables and rice.
