Kung Pa Chicken is made with chicken, peanuts, nins, red peppers, Sichuan peppercrns, ginger garlic, il, cking wine, salt, sy sauce, vinegar etc.
Peanuts are planted in Apil r May. It takes arund 120 t 160 days fr them t be ready fr harvesting. This is usually dne by hand. The farmer pulls the peanut plants ut f the grund and leaves them in the field t dry. The peanuts are then cllected and separated frm their vines. They are dried fr sme mre time and then taken t the market fr sale.
Each team member researches where and hw each f these ingredients is prduced.
Accrding t the different prtective facilities,Red pepper can be divided int greenhuse cultivatin in early spring and greenhuse cultivatin in autumn. Early Spring Greenhuse cultivatin, mid-december planting, beginning t harvest in mid-march. Last until late July; winter after autumn greenhuse cultivatin, generally in mid-august seedlings, planting in mid-ctber, mid-january int the harvest phase, can last until mid-july.
(1) Germinatin perid. The Germinatin f Ginger is very slw, frm the germinatin t the first leaf spread abut 50 days.(2) Seedling stage. Frm the first leaf f Gingiber t the seedling stage with 2 lateral branches generally takes abut 60-70 days.(3) Vigrus grwth perid f stems, leaves and rhizmes. Hw t make Traditinal Chinese Dish-Kung Pa Chicken
Sybean sauce (1 small spn),Cking wine (1/2 small spn),Starch (1/2 small spn),Oil (1 small spn)Mix all tgether
Step 1: Make Sauce
Clean and cut the chicken thigh int small cubes.Preserve them in sauce B fr 20 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Thigh
Cut the chili and green nin int small piecesCut the ginger as small as pssible
Step 3: Cut the Ingredients Int Smaller Pieces
1. Put the pan n fire2. Add sme il in it when the pan is heated3. Put the preserved chicken thigh in pan and fry it until the clr f chicken change int white.4. Put the fried chicken int a bwl.
Step 4: Pre-fry the Chicken Thigh
Use the il left in pan t fry the chili in sft fire.
Step 5: Fry the Chili
Mix the cut ginger, green nin and the fried chicken cube in pan, fry them fr 30 secnds.
Step 6: Mix and Fry the Ingredients
Add sauce A int the ingredients;Fry them until the sauce is almst evaprated;Turn ff the fire;Add the peanuts, fry and mix the ingredients fr a few secnds.
Step 7: Add Sauce a and Peanuts
Cngratulatins! Yu have successfully cked a traditinal Chinese fd! Please serve it with white r brwn rice.
