I think yu can try jining a vlunteer grup that helps ther peple. This will give yu a chance t meet and be arund thers. It will als help yu realize that yu are nt alne in having prblems and ther peple have prblems t. Helping ther peple als makes us feel better.
Yu can als cnnect with yur parents nline. Just because yur parents are far away, it desn’t mean yu can’t talk t them .
