                          Unit 8    Part B 教案教学目标◆ 语言知识目标[1.学习单词：moon，shine，its，sun，people，real等。2.学习陈述句、一般疑问句及其回答。3.功能：谈论宇宙。◆  语言技能目标1.能用英语描述有关宇宙的简单信息。2.能就宇宙的一些信息开展简单的交流。◆  情感态度帮助学生初步认识宇宙，激发学生探索宇宙奥秘的好奇心。教具准备1.单词卡片：moon，shine，its，sun，people，real等。2.录音机或教学光盘。 教学过程Step 1 Warming up1.师生互致问候。2.全班一起唱歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star。3.揭示并板书：Unit 8 The Universe Part B。 Step 2 Review1.复习单词sun，moon和stars。（1）教师出示课本第59页的第一幅图，指着图上的月亮，请学生说拼读该单词，教师在“月亮”旁边板书the moon。（2）同样复习the sun和the stars.2.复习有关月球的知识。（1）教师提问：“Can you say something about the moon？”学生自由回答，教师根据学生所说板书：It’s so bright.But it doesn’t shine.Its light comes from the sun.等。（2）出示单词卡片bright，light和shine等，复习它们的音、形、义。（3）采用不同的方式复习有关句子。3.复习there be句型。（1）教师根据“月球”和“教室”两个场景提出一些问题，请学生回答，如：Is there any water on the moon?Are there any people on the moon?Is there a clock in your classroom?Are there any books in your classroom?（2）请个别学生扮演小老师，提出问题。 Step 3 Presentation（一）学习课文第一段。1.教师取下黑板上的挂图，分别画（贴）上太阳、月亮和一些星星，边画（贴）边与学生一起说：“The sun，the moon and the stars.”2.教师播放课本第59页第一段的录音，学生边听边看书。3.教师提出问题：Where are the sun，the moon and the stars?When can we see the sun?When can we see the moon and the stars?4.根据学生的回答，教师出示卡片in the sky，贴在黑板上三张图的上面，出示卡片in the day，贴在黑板上太阳的下方，出示卡片at night，贴在黑板上月亮和星星的下方。5.引导学生读这三个句子。6.学习句子They look small because they are far away from us.（1）请学生读句子，猜测because的含义，然后出示单词卡片，教学该单词。（2）教师说：“The sun，the moon and the stars are all in the sky.They are far away from us.Where are we？We are all on the earth.”（3）教学单词earth和the earth。（二）学习课文第二段。1.出示课本第59页的第二幅图，请学生看图，用中文说说太阳、地球、月亮是如何公转及自转的。2.出示句子：The earth goes around the sun.The moon goes around the earth.教学单词around和 go around，并学习两个句子。3.请学生自读课本第二段，同桌互相解决疑难问题。4.教师出示单词shine和词组day and night，复习巩固它们的音、形、义。（三）熟读课文。1.教师播放课文录音二至三遍，学生模仿跟读。2.请个别学生读课文。3.请学生根据课文插图及板书提示复述课文。（四）巩固练习。1.完成课文第60页Answer the questions.部分。（1）请学生独立完成练习，并将答案写在练习本上。（2）教师出示正确答案，边讲解边订正。[（3）请几位同学进行一问一答。2.完成课本第61页的Learn to write.部分。（1）教师给出范例，如：The sun shines day and night.The sun is far away from us.We see the sun in the day.We see the moon at night.The moon goes around the earth.The earth goes around the sun.We live on the earth.…（2）学生根据课文内容完成练习。（3）请部分学生展示他们所写的内容。3.完成课本第60页Read.Tick or cross.部分。（1）教师说：“In China，there is a festival about the moon.What is it？Please open your books.Turn to Page 60 and read the short passage.”（2）出示词组卡片，教学Mid-Autumn Festival。（3）请学生再次阅读短文，判断句子正误。4.完成课本第62页Listen and circle the right picture.部分。（1）教师请学生先仔细观察图片，然后播放录音，学生根据录音内容圈出正确图片。（2）教师与学生一起订正答案。听力材料：①A：Hi，Yang Ming.Where are you going?B：I’m going to the City Library.②A：Are you going to read books there?B：Yes，I’m going to read some books about the earth.③A：How are you going there?B：I’m going to take a bus.A：Which bus?B：Bus 78.④A：I’m going home.I’ll take Bus 78，too.Look.The bus is coming.B：Let’s go together.A：OK.Let’s go.Step 4Extension综合活动：幸运星。教师用卡纸剪出几个大星星，在一面写上分值，一面写上要求，如：“5分，Say three sentences about the moon.”“3分，Draw a picture：The moon goes around the earth.”“2分，Sing the song：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star.”等。学生抽取幸运星，并按要求完成任务，为其所在小组加分。 Step 5 Homework1.听课文录音，模仿跟读。2.完成《活动手册》中本课练习。 3.复述课文。4.完成课本第63页自我评价。
