Please write down your own eating habits.●Grammar动词⒈定义 用以叙述主语的动作、状态、性质等的词叫做动词,如:be(am,is,are,was,were…)(是),come (来), go(去),feel (感觉),do(做),eat (吃),read (读),write(写)等。⑴不及物动词(也称自动词)(Intransitive Verb,vi.)。⑵及物动词(也称他动词)(Transitive Verb,vt.)。※及物动词的动作对象叫做及物动词的直接宾语(Direct Object),如上面各例中的‘’students,rice,vegetables,nothing‘’等。⑶助动词(Auxiliary Verb),如be,do,can,will等。⒉规则动词的词性变化⑴陈述语气第三人称单数一般现在时。①原形动词词尾+‘’s‘’。②原形动词词尾‘’ch,sh,o,s,x‘’+‘’es‘’。③原形动词词尾为‘’辅音字母+y‘’时,去y后加ies,若是‘’元音字母+y‘’,只加s。※本项规则的‘’第三人称单数‘’是指句子的主语。⑵现在分词(也称‘’ing‘’形)。①原形动词词尾+‘’ing‘’。②原形动词词尾为e时 ,去e 后加ing。③原形动词词尾为ie时 ,先把ie 改为y 后加ing。④原形动词词尾为‘’短元音+辅音字母‘’时,先双写词尾辅音字母后再加ing。※双音节动词若其词尾的词形如本项的情形,但重音落在第一音节直接加ing,若是重音落在第二音节者则依本规则加ing。⑤原形动词词尾为‘’元音+l,r‘’并为重读音节时,常重复词尾后再加ing。 ⑶过去式和过去分词。①原形动词词尾+ed。②原形动词词尾为e时,加d。③原形动词词尾为‘’辅音字母+y‘’时,去y后加ied,若是词尾为‘’元音字母+y‘’,只加ed。④原形动词词尾为‘’短元音+辅音字母‘’时,先双写该辅音字母后再加ed。※双音节动词若其词尾的词形如本项的情形,但重音落在第一音节直接加ed,若是重音落在第二音节者,则依本项规则加ed。⑤原形动词词尾为‘’元音+l,r‘’ ,并为重读音节时,常双写词尾后加ed。※英语字母‘’c‘’后面接‘’e,l‘’时通常都发[s]音,如face,city。 因此,如picnic 作动词使用时,其词形变化为了要保住其词尾的[k]音,通常都先加k之后再加ing或ed。●Culture and EntertainmentThe Food Guide Pyramid The food guide pyramid (金字塔)is an educational tool that recommendthe kinds and amounts of foods to eat each day. Any food made from wheat,rice, oats(燕麦),or another ceral grain is a grain product.Grains are important sources of many nutrients,including dietary fiber ,several B viatmins and minerals(矿物). The amount of grains you need to eat depends on your age ,sex,and level of physical activity.Most Americans consume enough grains ,but few are whole grains ,provides health benefits.People who eat whole grains as part of a healthy diet have a reduced risk of some chronic disease. Any vegetables or 100% vegetable juice counts as a member of the vegetable group .Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body .Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories.None have cholesterol(胆固醇).Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients ,including potassiun(钾),dietary fiber,folate (叶酸),vitmain A, vitmain E,and vitmain C. Any fruits or 100% fruit juice counts as part of the fruit group .Most fruits are naturally low in fat ,sodium(钠),and calories .None have cholesterol .Fruits are important sources of many nutrients ,including potassium ,dietary fiber ,vitmainC,and folate. All fluid milk products and many foods made from milk are considered part of this food group.Diets rich in milk and milk products help build and maintain bone mass throughout the lifecycle.Diets that include milk products tend to have a higher overall nutritional quality. All foods made from meat,poulty ,fish ,dry beans or peas,eggs,nuts and seeds are considered part of this group .Meat,poultry ,fish,dry beans and peas ,eggs ,nuts ,and seeds supply ,many nutrients .These include protein ,B vitmains, vitmain E,iron,zinc(锌),and magnesium (镁).But we don't need to eat so much in this group . ●Self-testWrite down the new words you have learnt inthis unit:Write down the new phrases you have learnt in this unit: Write down the important expressions you have learnt in this unit:
