He Zehui, a Chinese nuclear physicist, accmplished great things in physics and became an utstanding scientist.
Her family is famus fr prducing three famus wmen scientists, including her tw sisters. She graduated frm Tsinghua University in 1936 with a degree in physics, and then went n t study at the Technical University f Berlin, where she was the tp in her class, utperfrming her future husband Qian Sanqiang—China's “father f the atmic bmb”. In 1940, she earned a Ph. D. in Engineering.
The cuple made great discveries in the field f uranium fissin(铀核裂变),which drew glbal attentin and earned them wrldwide reputatins, als marking a milestne in the develpment f China's experimental fissin physics. Many Western media called the cuple the “Marie Curie and Pierre Curie f China”.
