Hw t keep healthy
Gd health is the mst valuable pssessin a persn can have, but ne can nt regard gd health as certain t happen. It’s imprtant t remember that a bdy needs prper care in rder t be healthy. There are three things that a persn can d t stay in gd shape—ne shuld eat the right fds, get enugh sleep, and exercise regularly.
Prper nutritin is imprtant fr gd health. Yur bdy cannt functin well unless it receives the prper kind f “fuel”. Avid fds with lts f sugar and fat. Eat plenty f fds high in prtein, like meat, fish, beans and nuts. Vegetables and fruits are especially imprtant because they prvide necessary vitamins and minerals. Hwever, dn’t vereat. It’s nt healthful t be verweight.
Getting the prper amunt f sleep is als imprtant. If yu dn’t get enugh sleep, yu will feel tired and irritable. Yu have n energy. Over a lng perid f time a little amunt f sleep may even result in a change f persnality. Be sure t allw yurself frm seven t nine hurs f sleep each night. If yu d, yur bdy will feel strng and refreshed, and yur mind will be sharp.
Finally, get plenty f exercise. Exercise firms the bdy, strengthens the muscles, and prevents yu frm gaining weight. It als imprves yur heart and lungs. If yu fllw a regular exercise prgram, yu will prbably increase yur lifespan. Any kind f exercise is gd. Mst sprts are excellent fr keeping the bdy in gd shape: basketball, swimming, bicycling. Gymnastics and running are gd examples. Sprts are nt nly gd fr yur bdy, but they are enjyable and interesting, t.
If everybdy were t eat the right fds, get plenty f sleep and exercise regularly, the wrld wuld be a happier and healthier place. We wuld all live t be much lder and wiser.
