In the authr’s pinin, a child develps better if.
he has plenty f time reading and studying
he is free t interact with his wrking parents
he is left t play with his peers in his wn way
he has mre time participating in schl activities
What des the authr wrry abut American kids?
They are increasingly ignred by their wrking mthers.
They are engaged in mre and mre structured activities.
They are spending mre and mre time watching TV.
They are invlved less and less in husehld wrk.
What can we cnclude frm the text?
    Extracurricular activities prmte children’s intelligence.
Mst parents believe reading t be beneficial t children.
Effrts t get kids interested in reading have been fruitful.
Mst children will turn t reading with TV sets switched ff.

When yu’ve lst smething, yu’ll feel upset and fear that yu will never find the lst bject. Actually,

Have yu lent the bject ut?
Of curse, this is unlikely t be the case with keys r ther ID stuff. But it can easily be the case with bks, magazines, DVDS, etc. If there is a chance that yu have lent an bject t smene else, then send a quick email r text message ut t the likely peple. 38 Make the message mre alng the lines that yu’re wrried because f this particular bject.
    Slw dwn.
The mre imprtant the bject is, the mre we are likely t run arund like a headless chicken with the mistaken idea that ur rush will speed up finding the bject. 39 Slwing dwn will give yu a chance t think back t the last time and place yu saw the missing bject. This may give yu a clue r tw as t where the bject is.
    Get help frm thers.
Getting the help f smene else anyne wh knws what the bject lks like will d fine. 40 Als, this gives an extra thught pattern t the search. In fact, It may be the best way t find lst bjects fast.
    Take a lng deep breath.
Try yur best t calm dwn.
Yu can even turn t thse yu dn’t knw at all.
In fact, it’s almst always a case f mre hurry, less speed.
These lng deep breaths will help yu t regain yur calm.
This dubles the number f peple lking fr the lst bject.
Hwever, make sure that the message desn’t accuse thers f taking the bject in questin.
