环节1 新课导入
Sometimes I like to chat with my friends at night.I talked to a friend online yesterday.Though we like different kinds of movies，both of us are interested in Kung Fu.It is made in China.Have you ever heard of Kung Fu？Theatres are really fun!
设计意图：课前聊天能使学生感到轻松愉快，产生兴奋情绪，不仅复习上节课内容，也为下一步教学做准备。
环节2
1. Have a discussion with the students about the two questions on the textbook.
2. Collect the answers from the students.
3. Skimming：read the article quickly and find out what happened at the end of the story.
4. The students read the text carefully by themselves.
5. Ask two or three students to read the students loudly.
6. Listen to the tape and finish Exercise 1 in “Let’s Do It！”，and then repeat after the tape.
7. Students read the text and answer the questions in Exercise 2 in “Let’s Do It！”.
8. Do Exercise 3 and exercise 4 in “Let’s Do It！” after class.
9. 要点点拨。
（1）I will send you the photos we took in class later.我稍后会寄给你一些我们在课上拍的照片。本句是一个定语从句复合句，所修饰的先行词the photos，是表示物的单词，关系词用which/that，在这省略了关系词that。
（2）Many famous works in English were written by him.许多著名的英文作品都是他写的。
本句是一个含有过去时被动语态的句子。
一般过去时的被动语态：was/were＋过去分词
例：He chose the job last year.The job was chosen by him last year.
