环节2　学习2a－2e

1．让学生结对讨论2a的三个问题。

2．让学生快速浏览2b的文章，掌握其大意，并标出其中的生词、重要短语及难句。

3．让学生精读文章，完成2b的任务。

4．老师带着学生逐句解读文章，板书重点词汇和句型，并核对2b的答案。

5．让学生浏览2c的表格信息，并根据短文内容完成表格，老师核对答案。

6．让学生朗读2d的问题，然后两人一组进行讨论；老师抽选2－3组学生分享答案。

7．让学生朗读2e的短语，把握每个短语的含义，然后在文章中勾出这些短语，并用它们造句；老师抽选几名学生分享自己写的句子。

8．要点点拨。

(1)One of the main reasons is that Mickey was like a common man...

①本句中，one of the main reasons作主语，is为谓语动词，“that Mickey...man”是表语从句。

②common adj.普通的；常见的。 它指为许多人或事物所共同具备因而常见。例：This kind of weather is quite common in this area.这种天气在这一地区非常常见。

(2)In his early films，Mickey was unlucky and had many problems such as losing his house or girlfriend，Minnie.

①unlucky adj.不幸的；不吉利的。它由形容词lucky(幸运的)加上否定前缀un­构成。

②lose v．失去；丢失。其名词形式为loss(损失；失去)。例：I've lost my keys.我把钥匙弄丢了。The company made a loss of $250,000 last year.那家公司去年亏损了25万美元。

(3)However，he was always ready to try his best.

①be ready to do sth.愿意做某事；准备好做某事。例：He is always ready to help others.他总是乐于帮助他人。

②try one's best 尽某人最大的努力。常见搭配：try one's best to do sth.尽某人最大的努力做某事。例：The poor farmer tried his best to make money to support his family.那个贫苦的农民尽其所能挣钱养家。
