Point 1 Can you play the guitar?你会弹吉他吗? (Page 1 1a)
(1)这是一个由can开头的一般疑问句,用来询问能力,其肯定回答为:Yes, I can.否定回答为:No, I can’t.
(2)can是情态动词,意为"能,会",表示能力、请求或许可。它没有人称和数的变化,其后接动词原形。
(3)play the guitar意为"弹吉他"。
①play后接乐器类名词时,意为"弹、吹奏、演奏",名词前通常要加定冠词the。

Point 8. Can you ... or ...? 你会……或……吗?
这是一个选择疑问句,表示提供两种或两种以上的情况,要求对方在所提供的情况中进行选择。结构:一般疑问句+or+另一备选选择?回答时要根据实际选择来回答,不用Yes/No。
