Step 1 Leading-in | Pairs work: Ask students to work in pairs and ask and answer the questions in the questionnaire in Activity 1. Make dialogues like these: (Activities 1-2) eg: —Have you ever had a Western meal? —Yes , I have. —No, I haven’t. | Make sure to act out the dialogues in pairs using the following sentences: eg: —Have you ever had a Western meal ? —Yes , I have. —No, I haven’t. | 给学生创设真实语境, 让学生置于一个真实的语言环境当中, 吸引学生的兴趣, 活跃课堂的气氛。 | ||

Step 2 While-task | 1. 4. Ask the students to complete the passage with the words in the box and check the answers. (Activity 5)
5. Play the tape for the students to listen and complete the form , then check the answers with a partner. (Activity 6, Activity 7, Activity 8) Listen again and answer the questions.
6. Look at the passage from the beginning to the end. Choose the right sentences in the box. There is one extra sentence.
7. 听录音填写正确信息, 无疑是学生的“老大难”, 反复的听力训练有利于学生听、说能力的提高。
学生通过阅读Around the world. 可以获取有关西方国家和中国的文化差异的信息。语言和文化密不可分, 相互依存, 相互影响。 |
