And the multi-media teaching aids provided more concrete and audio-video information for students, which helped motivate and arouse the students’ interest in English learning. Meanwhile I created a relaxing and harmonious learning environment. I respected each individual student and encourage everyone by using “Thank you”, “Well done!” “You did a good job” ,“have a try” and so on. However , some students are poor in expressing themselves. So I will create more chances for them to communicate with each other.
