Read magazines, books, comics, or any other reading materials in English. Reading is another great way to learn a language and have fun at the same time. By reading, you will not only increase your vocabulary and learn the meaning of words through context but learn how to use certain words based on it.
Always keep a dictionary on hand when you do not understand a certain word. Having a dictionary on hand helps you understand the words that you have just come across for the first time.
Speak in English even if you have a difficult time. English takes time to master, and you will never learn the language if you do not use it in everyday life. Make it a habit to speak in English even if you cannot speak fluently yet.
Attend an IELTS course. The IELTS is a talent test measuring your English level. It offers you a way to practice your written and spoken English and have your mistakes immediately corrected by your teacher.

A Michigan teenager who was in The Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s tallest teenager has finally found an affordable pair of shoes to fit his size-28 feet, thanks to a 3-D printer.
Broc Brown, who is 7 feet 8 inches tall, has cerebral gigantism (大脑性巨人症), which affects about one in every 15,000 people, the Jackson Citizen Patriot reported.
Brown’s aunt, Stacy Snyder, said that along with abnormal (非正常的) size, the disease causes Brown to have long-term back and knee pain, along with other illnesses. Snyder said no one is sure when he will stop growing. “I can walk in a store and out with five pairs of shoes if I want to,” she said, “but he can’t.”
California-based Feetz stepped in to help. The shoe company uses an app to change photos of someone’s feet into a 3-D model, which can be measured to create custom-fit shoes made by a 3-D printer. Feetz CEO Lucy Beard delivered a pair of black and red shoes to Brown at his home in Michigan Center last week. The shoes were the colors of Brown’s favorite basketball team, the Chicago Bulls.
Brown said, “I don’t like them. I love them. Thank you.” Beard said it was a first for the company. “We’ve never done a shoe this big before,” Beard said, “and we’re really just honored to do this.”
Beard said Feetz shoes cost between $99 and $250, while the typical custom-fit shoes cost a minimum of $400 to $500.
Until he turned 18 in 2021 and could no longer qualify, he was considered the tallest teenager in the world. With his new shoes, Brown thinks he can get back in The Guinness Book of World Records. “These definitely are the world’s largest 3-D-printed shoes,” he said.

The next morning, Tom noticed that Mark was acting differently. When he went to talk to Mark, Mark ignored him completely. As Mark was about to leave the classroom, Tom said in an angry voice, “You are selfish. You are just thinking about yourself. I was having fun on my birthday. Why can’t you understand it?”

A Michigan teenager who was in The Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s tallest teenager has finally found an affordable pair of shoes to fit his size-28 feet, thanks to a 3-D printer.
Broc Brown, who is 7 feet 8 inches tall, has cerebral gigantism (大脑性巨人症), which affects about one in every 15,000 people, the Jackson Citizen Patriot reported.
Brown’s aunt, Stacy Snyder, said that along with abnormal (非正常的) size, the disease causes Brown to have long-term back and knee pain, along with other illnesses. Snyder said no one is sure when he will stop growing. “I can walk in a store and out with five pairs of shoes if I want to,” she said, “but he can’t.”
California-based Feetz stepped in to help. The shoe company uses an app to change photos of someone’s feet into a 3-D model, which can be measured to create custom-fit shoes made by a 3-D printer. Feetz CEO Lucy Beard delivered a pair of black and red shoes to Brown at his home in Michigan Center last week. The shoes were the colors of Brown’s favorite basketball team, the Chicago Bulls.
Brown said, “I don’t like them. I love them. Thank you.” Beard said it was a first for the company. “We’ve never done a shoe this big before,” Beard said, “and we’re really just honored to do this.”
Beard said Feetz shoes cost between $99 and $250, while the typical custom-fit shoes cost a minimum of $400 to $500.

M: Last weekend, my family took part in an eight-kilometer running race. The normal running races are in city streets or in big parks, but in this race, all the runners ran on mountain roads. When the race started, my son took off quickly. My wife and I ran together. We walked sometimes because the roads were hard to climb on. We talked about the view and looked at the flowers and trees during the race. But later, I fell over and hurt my left foot. We kept running without checking my foot. However, after a while I realized I missed my watch. I encouraged my wife to go on, and I went back to see if I could find my watch. Luckily, I found it right off the road. My wife and son won first place in their age groups. I didn’t receive any place in my age group, but the race organizers gave me a special prize, which was given to the most injured runner in the race.
