【话题分析】

本单元的话题是问路与指路，本单元的写作任务是要求写一篇介绍到某地的路线的短文。在写作过程中，要求同学们能熟悉一些场所的表述，能询问某一场所的位置，并能运用一些关键词语和常用句型来描述去某一场所的路线，或根据地图向他人介绍自己所居住的社区。

常用句型：

Where’s the…?

【写作方法】

“三步法”写指示路线：

◆第一步：按提供的指示路线图，标出出发地点和目的地。

◆第二步：列出路线图中每一阶段使用的句子或短语，并注意连接词的使用。

◆第三步：明确目的地的具体位置及附近建筑物的特点。

【典例】

假如你校有几位来自美国的交换生,他们打算周末步行去翠湖公园。请根据提示为他们写出路线，并简要介绍公园情况。

要点提示：

    1. 路线(见下图)；

2. 公园环境优美、凉爽，还可以游泳、野餐等。

要求：

In my neighborhood, I like the park best. There are many trees and flowers in it. Many people like to spend time there because they really love the clean air and the sunshine. As for me, I often take a walk with my grandmother in the park. On weekends, I play sports with my friends there. It’s a good place to enjoy ourselves.

To get to the park, you have to go along Main Street first. Then turn right at the first crossing. When you see a supermarket, turn right. The park is across from the post office.
