There are sme differences between the Simple past tense and the Present perfect tense.
Daniel went t Beijing tw years ag. Daniel bught a new cmputer last mnth.
Mr. Wu visited Canada in 2010 and 2011.
We use the Simple past tense t tell what happened in the past.
We use the Present perfect tense t talk abut an actin that started in the past and cntinues t the present.
Daniel has been t Beijing fr tw years. Daniel has bught a new cmputer.
Mr. Wu has been t Canada twice.
