教学教具：
希望工程的图片。
教学挂图。
配套磁带或者光盘。
教学过程：
Step 1 导入：
教师展示一张希望工程的图片，问学生：
D yu knw what this prject is? Wh des this prject help?
启发学生回答：It’s Prject Hpe. It helps pr students g t schl.
教师说：Besides pr students, there are a lt f peple wh need ur help arund us. Hw can we help them? 让学生两人一组讨论，教师指定学生回答。
Step 3 呈现：
教师展示A部分的图片，教授新知识。以第一幅图为例，教师说：Lk at this picture. Can yu tell me what is wrng with the persn in the picture? 引导学生回答：The man can’t walk.教师说：We call this man a disabled persn.板书生词disabled.
以同样的方式依次呈现其余的五个词汇，呈现完毕后，教师带读生词。
学生独立完成A部分的练习。
Step 3 活动：
告诉学生， Amy and Daniel are talking abut hw t help hmeless peple. Listen t their cnversatin and tell the way t help them.播放B部分的录音，让学生听录音后回答。
问学生： Hw can we help ther peple mentined in part A? 让学生呢个两人呢一组。模仿B部分的对话新编一段对话。
导入漫画部分的生词。教师说： D yu think it’s meaningful t help thers? 学生回答后，教师继续说： We shuld supprt thse wh help thers, and we shuld try ur best t help thers in ur daily lives.教师板书并且带读生词。
Step 4 家庭作业：
记忆词汇，词组和句型。
熟读Cmic strip 和B部分相关对话。
完成老师布置的作业。
预习Reading。
