Activity 2 Show the students four cartoon characters, such as Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse. Then imitate their voices and introduce their abilities. e.g. T: (imitate Donald Duck) I can sing. I can dance. I can skip. I can skip a rope. Listen to the rhyme on students ‘s Book page 39 Listen and imitate. While-task procedureActivity 1Have the students repeat the rhyme on Student’s Book page 39. While they listen, do the corresponding actions and have them imitate you. e.g. T: (Skips) Skip, skip, skip a rope. Activity 2 Have the students practice the rhyme in groups until they are familiar with it. Then ask them to do a quick response in groups.
