John is at home. It’s time for dinner. What would he like for dinner?(1)Now look at the dialogue between John and his mother.Please read it freely.
(2) Listen to the dialogue and find the answers.学生带问题自由读课文,再听录音,整体感知课文并寻找答案。(3)生自由表述答案。(4)教师出示答案。教师点明句式 What would you like for...?与 Would you likesome...?问答不同,并区分特殊疑问句与一般疑问句2.教师出示第三幅图图片(1)引导生观察图片,询问生 Now we know John would like some beef and noodles. And what tableware will he use for dinner?Listen to the tape again and find the answers.再读文本,在听中回顾上两幅图内容,并学习第三幅图知识。学生自由回答问题。教师出示答案,教师表扬积极举手的学生。(2)T: Yes, we use chopsticks for noodles. We don’t use a knife for noodles. So let’s say to John: Yes, John, but try chopsticks for noodles.教师引导生有感情的朗读妈妈的回答。(教师帮助生理解第三幅图对话内容)学生表演 John 和妈妈这一话轮对话。①先小组练习。②请几组学生上台表演。引导生用 rice 和 soup 替换 noodles 进行对话,对话示例如下:John: Mum, can I have a knife and fork?Mum: Yes, John, but try chopsticks for rice.Listen、read and tick 三读文本(1)听录音跟读课文。(2)学生两人结对练习。(3)教师请几组学生上台表演对话。(4)根据对话内容将 John 的晚餐食物和使用餐具打钩,完成图文匹配。(5)找三至五名学生公布答案,教师核对答案。教师以课件呈现图文,学生跟读并模仿正确的停顿和语调,注意“意群”通过捕捉句子中的核心信息,勾选文中出现相应餐具和食物的图片完成图文匹配。
Step 3.Practice1.完成 Look, choose and write 活动(1)教师出示该部分课件,引导学生观看汤的图片并问:What’ s this? Yes, it’s soup. What’s in the soup? 学生先口头回答,再选择单词填在相应的横线上。(2)教师板书句子,提供示范,并找出学生错误书写,进行正误反馈。(3)学生同桌间相互校对。(先引导学生观察图片中的内容,然后再根据自己观察到的图片的内容来选择正确的单词进行填空,检验学生能否正确地理解句子、认读单词。)2.个性化书写活动T: Now suppose it’s 6:30 in the evening. It’s dinner time. What would you like for dinner?(1)学生根据自己的实际情况进行口头表达。(2)教师课件出示参考词汇,学生独立书写自己的晚餐食物。(3)小组间相互交流校对。最后让学生选择正确的单词填写句子来表达自己的用餐意愿, 让学生在使用中巩固所学知识。Step 4.Consolidation and extension教师准备以下晚餐计划表,供学生个性化书写 Family Dinner Plan(家庭晚餐计划).I would like some .My father would like some.My mother would like some 学生书写晚餐计划表,注意字母间距和占格。随机抽生书写, 朗读作品,纠正错误。小组长检查各组并纠正。Step 5.Summary—What would you like for dinner?—I’d like some …, please. / Some …, please.—Would you like some …?—Yes, please. / No, thanks.
