单元语法精讲一、指示代词表示“这个”，“那个”，“这些”，“那些”等指示概念的代词叫指示代词。1．this，these是近指，一般用来指时间或空间上较近的事物；that，thse是远指，常用来指时间或空间上较远的事物。this，that指代单数，these，thse指代复数。eg：Is this yur pencil？这是你的铅笔吗？These are my friends.这些是我的朋友。Is that his bk？那是他的书吗？Thse are my brthers.那些是我的兄弟们。
2．回答this/that，these/thse作主语的问句时，常用it和they分别代替this/that和these/thse。eg：—Are these/thse yur English bks？这些/那些是你的英语书吗？—Yes，they are.是的，它们是的。—What's this/that？这/那是什么？—It's a ruler.它是一把尺子。3．介绍在一起的人或物时，先说this/these，后说that/thse。【注意】this is，these are，thse are都不能缩写，而that is可以缩写成that's。
二、wh的用法主要用来询问某人是谁，常用来引导特殊疑问句。eg：Wh's she？　Wh's he？　Wh're they?这些都是由wh引导的特殊疑问句。wh是特殊疑问词，意为“谁”。基本句型为：Wh＋is/are＋主语(人)？意为“……是谁？”回答常用He/She is…/They are… eg：—Wh're they？他们是谁？—They are Tm and Jim.他们是汤姆和吉姆。—Wh's he？他是谁？—He is Dale.他是戴尔。另外，wh可与is，are缩写，wh is⇒wh's，wh are⇒wh're。
