    Step1 Revisin
    Listen t a sng “Hi, hell, what’s yur name?”
    Students listen t the sng and try t sing it, and then answer with “my name is…”
    Pint at a by wh has said his name and ask ther students “What’s his name?” The ther students may use “His name is…” t answer.
    Pint at a girl and ask the students “What’s her name?” Students may use “Her name is…” t answer.
    Step2 Lead-in
    Shw a pencil, ask students “What’s its name?”——“Pencil”
    “Is this yur pencil?” …
    Step3 New wrds learning
    Ask the students “Where d yu put yur pencil in?” students must think abut “pencil bx”. Then learn this wrd.
    Ask students t take ut the things in their pencil bx. Learn the wrds: pen, eraser, ruler.
    “Where d yu put yur pencil bx in?” Lead t the learning f “schlbag”.
    “What are the ther things in yu schlbag except the pencil bx?” This sentence will lead t the learning f “bk”, “dictinary”.
    Read the wrds fr several times. Pay attentin t the prnunciatins.
    Give each pair f students an bject. Ask them t make cnversatins using the wrds they have learned just nw.(What’s this/that/these?---This is/That is/These are…
    Match the wrds with the things in the picture, and then check the answers (e g b h c f a d )
    Listen t a sng “shw me”.
    Get the students t sing the sng and shw their things.
    Step54Practice the target language.
    Shw several pictures and ask the students t make cn- versatins accrding t the pictures by themselves. Supprt fllwing target language:
    Is this yur … ? —— Yes, it is. It’s mine.
    ——N, it isn’t. It’s his/hers.
    Is that yur… ? ——Yes, it is. It’s mine.
    ——N, it isn’t, It’s his/hers.
    Are these yur… ?
    ——Yes, they’re mine
    ——N, they aren’t. They’re his/hers.
    Read the cnversatins. Girls ask and bys answer.
    Step6 listening
    Listen t the cnversatins carefully.
    Listen t the cnversatins again, and number the cnversatins.
    Check the answers ()
    Listen fr the third time and repeat the cnversatins.
    Step7 Game —— Find the wner
    Take ut sme bjects (pen, pencil, bk… and s n). Ask students t lk fr the wners f these bjects using the target language.
    Step8 Summary
    In this class, we’ve learned the names f sme cmmn persnal pssessins and hw t identify wnership. (Get the students t read the key wrds and target sentences tgether)
