Who questions四、Target Language (目标语言)How was your weekend?It was great.What did you do last weekend?I played soccer.Who did you play with?I played with my friend.五、Vocabulary (词汇) lake, beach, sheep, kite, moon, snake, forest, surprise, pretty, natural, shout, fly, stay, move, jump, wake  camp by the lake, go to the beach, play badminton, stay up late, fly a kite, get a terrible surprise, shout at/to, wakeup, put up …, jump up and down六、Skills (技能) Listening for key information Scanning in reading 七、Recycling (复习巩固) do homework, go shopping, play computer games, play sports, watch a movie, stay at home, visit friends, study for a test, cook dinner, kind of tiredHow was?   What did you do?  Did you have?八、教材分析本单元是本册教材的最后一个单元,以复习为主,一方面复习之前学过的很多动词短语,一方面通过以谈论上周末的活动为话题,继续巩固学习一般过去时态的应用。Section A 学习新短语。复习周六周日及早中晚的表达法。复习句型What did you do?How was ...?能够正确使用一般过去时态谈论自己的周末,并作出评价。复习what/who/where/how questions.1a, 1b, 1c主要是学习一些表示活动的新短语,复习周六周日及早中晚的表达法。复习句型What did you do?2a, 2b, 2c, 2d继续通过谈论过去的事来复习一般过去时态。Grammar Focus, 3a, 3b, 3c主要是复习what/who/where/how questions以及复习动词的过去式。Section B 继续谈过过去发生的事情,并使用评价性语言。能理解一般过去时的阅读文章。能够用一般过去时态描写自己的上周末。 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e继续谈过过去发生的事情,并使用评价性语言。 2a, 2b, 2c能理解一般过去时的阅读文章。Self Check 3a, 3b检测本单元所学的知识,能够用一般过去时态描写自己的上周末。九、教学目标 1. 学习表示活动的新短语,及复习之前学过的表示活动的短语。   2. 复习一般过去时态。教学重难点:一般过去时的正确使用,及动词过去式的正确变化。十一、课时安排第一课时:完成Section A 1a2c  第二课时:完成Section A 2d3c  第三课时:完成Section B 1a1e第四课时:完成Section B 2aSelf Check   The First Period (Section A, 1a2c)Teaching aims (教学目标)学习一些表示活动的新短语。复习周六周日及早中晚的表达法。复习句型What did you do?继续通过谈论过去的事来复习一般过去时态。Language points  (语言点) 1. 词汇:1)名词n.  lake, beach, badminton, sheep    2)形容词adj.  tired           3)动词 v. camp, stay 2. 句型:What did you do?            Did you?            How was your weekend?            It was great.Difficulties (教学难点) 1. 一般过去时态的使用Teaching steps (教学步骤)1. Warm-up and revision(课堂热身和复习)  (1)Daily greetings to the Ss  (2) Revision (复习):       T: Did you have a school trip last weekend?       S: Yes, I went to the zoo with my classmates.       T: How about you?       S: I didnt have a school trip last weekend. I stayed at home.       T: Well, what did you do at home?       S: I did my homework.教学设计说明本单元主要通过谈论上周末发生的事情来巩固学习一般过去时态。由于本单元是复习单元,因此可以延续上个单元的话题,即学校郊游来导入本单元话题,这样导入简洁、自然。2. Presentation (呈现新知识)(1) Show pictures of some activities. Explain the new phrases to the Ss.T: I have a friend, Lucy. She had a busy weekend. Lets look at what she did last weekend. (2) Work on 1a. Match the activities with the pictures [a–f].教学设计说明图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一,学生通过图片,能更价值观的理解新单词的含义。3. Work on 1b (完成1b) (1) Listen and write the day, morning, afternoon, or night below each picture.(2)  Check Ss’ answers. (3) Listen again and finish the chart on the PPT.教学设计说明此环节着重是听力训练。让学生在听对话的过程中抓住关键词汇,并复习表示早中晚的表达方式。通过教师自己设计的表格使学生进一步学会新短语书写。4. Work on 1c (练习) (1) Role-play. Student A is Lucy. Student B is to ask Lucy about her weekend.B: What did you do last weekend, Lucy?A: Well, on Saturday morning, I played badminton. B: What did you do ?A: I(2) Student C and D are Lucys friends. They are talking about Lucys weekend.C: Lucy had a busy weekend. D: Well, what did she do?C: On Saturday morning, she played badminton.D: What did she do on Saturday afternoon?C: She(第一轮应提问成绩较好的学生,第二轮提问成绩较差的学生)教学设计说明此环节为机械操练,使不同层次学生掌握目标语言。机械操练是英语初始阶段教学必不可缺的部分,学生要先从模仿到初步掌握,最后才能熟练应用。机械操练时应注意着重提问成绩较差的学生,由于机械操练比较简单,因此是激发后进生兴趣,培养后进生自信的一个很好的途径。5. Work on 2a & 2b (完成2a和2b) (1)T: Please turn to page 68. Look at the sentences in 2a. Read them aloud. (2)T: Now listen carefully and underline the words you hear.  (3)T: Can you get the answers? Check Ss’ answers. (4) T: Please look at 2b. Listen again and write C for Carol, J for Jack or B for Becky next to the statements in 2a. 教学设计说明此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。通过反复听读,可以让学生尽快熟悉生词。8. Work on 2c  (完成2cStudent A asks questions with who, what or where and Student B answers. Then change roles.教学设计说明此环节既能充分练习学生的目标语言,并且帮助学生复习由whowhatwhere 构成的特殊疑问句式。10. Homework (课后作业) Oral: 1. 朗读并熟记第67页的短语和句子。Written: 抄写第67页的短语和句子。    The Second Period (Section A, 2d3c)Teaching aims (教学目标) 1. 能在日常情境中熟练地使用一般过去时态进行交际。 2. 能用所学内容解决实际问题。 3. 学会使用一般过去时态中由whowhatwherehow 进行的提问的特殊疑问句。 Language points  (语言点) 1. 词汇:1)名词n.  butterfly, visitors, mouse, language, baby   2)形容词adj. baby, natural           3)副词 adv. away           4) 动词v. shout           4) 短语 run away, shout at 2. 句型:What did you do last weekend?           Who visited her grandma? Make sure that they understand how to use the words.教学设计说明通过自由谈话,使学生更快的融入到课堂。同时通过谈论过去复习上个课时所学的特殊疑问句的使用。2. Presentation (呈现新知识)Show Ss the picture in 2d. Talk about the picture with Ss and help them  use the picture to understand the conversation. T: Let’s look at the picture. Whats Lisa holding in her hand?  S: A glass. T: Yes, that’s right. Whats in the glass? S: Its a butterfly! T: Good! Now, can you guess what Lisa did last weekend?S1: Maybe she went to countryside.S2: I think she went to a park.S3: I think she went to the forest.  教学设计说明通过观察图片,渗透阅读策略,使学生能够对对话内容大胆猜测。3. Work on 2d  (完成2d)(1)Role-play the conversation in 2d.(2) Follow the example in 2d and make up a conversation. (3) Read the conversation and answer the following questions.Q1. How was Lisas weekend?  Great.Q2. Where did she go?  She went to the Natural History Museum.Q3. What did she do there?  She worked as a guide there.Q4. What did Paul do last weekend?  He stayed up late to watch the soccer game. 教学设计说明学生通过回答问题能理解对话的内容,通过角色扮演能在情境中学会运用,通过自编对话能更好的让学生学以致用。4. Grammar Focus(1) Have Ss read through the questions and answers.(2) Ask Ss to focus on what, who, where.教学设计说明本部分为本单元的内容核心,不仅概括了本单元的重点,还将基本句型一 一呈现。通过句子的罗列,使学生关注人称的变化。因此不应小视,但由于是总结性内容,故要求学生朗读。可在课后将本部分列入听写内容。5. Work on 3a (完成3a(1) Fill in the blanks with who, what, when, where or how.(2) Check Ss’ answers.(3) Explain to Ss when  these words (what, how, when, where, or who) should be used. 教学设计说明本环节主要帮助学生学会使用特殊疑问词进行提问。6. Work on 3b  (完成3b)(1) Complete the passage with the correct forms of the words in the boxes.(2) Have Ss check their answers in groups. Warm-up and revision(课堂热身和复习)(1) Daily greeting to the Ss(日常问候)(2) Show the six pictures and explain the new phrases to Ss.T: Sally and Jim had a busy weekend. Look at the pictures. Can you tell me what they did?T: What did Sally do yesterday? S: She flew a kite yesterday. She flies a kite every week.T: What did Jim do yesterday?S: He swam yesterday. He swims every week. (Help Ss to use the other phrases in 1a to answer the questions. such as sang and played the guitar, studied for a test, had dinner with friends, went to the library.)(2)Flash the pictures on the screen as quickly as possible. Then ask Ss What did he/she do? Have Ss answer the question as quickly as they can.(3) Show the phrases again and help Ss change the verbs from the present tense to the simple past form.  sing and play the guitar - sing and played the guitar  study for a test - studied for a test  have dinner with friends - had dinner with friends  go to the library - went to the library  fly a kite - flew a kite  swim in a swimming pool swam in a swimming pool2. Work on 1a & 1b Here are some things that Sally and Jim did yesterday. Read about Lisas weekend and answer the questions.(2) Check Ss’ answers. Help Ss find the correct answers in the article.(3) Work on 2c. Put the phrases in order according to the passage.(4) Then use the phrases to retell the story.教学设计说明】本篇阅读文章记述大了作者一次非同寻常的经历。通过阅读短文使学生学会应按照时间顺序讲述发生过的事情。因此重点应该放在3c上,应给学生较多时间去学习复述文章,不但可以积累新的短语也使学生学会写作顺序。3. Work on 3aLook at the pictures and complete the passage.教学设计说明】本部分旨在帮助学生学会用正确的语言进行写作,并帮助学生积累语言。为完成本单元的写作部分进行铺垫。4. It was Help Ss to finish the compositions. 教学设计说明】由于本单元作文较为简单,因此可以让学生当堂完成。并鼓励较好的学生多使用形容词进行评论,并且在活动的安排上更加合理,使文章更加具有可读性。4. Homework (1) 复述2b中的短文,并默写。(2)完成Self Check。
