    1. Ask Ss sme questins:
    T: What day is tday/tmrrw/the day after tmrrw?
    S: It’s Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
    2. Then sing a sng like the sng f ABC.
    Sunday/Mnday /Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/
    3. T: What was/is the date yesterday/the day befre yesterday/ tday/tmrrw/the day after tmrrw?
    S: 13th/14th/15th…. Let the students ask these questins ne by ne.
    Explain the new sentence:
    “What’s tday/ tmrrw/the day after tmrrw?”
    “It’s Mnday./Tuesday./Wednesday.”
    4. Shw the days f the week in a large mnthly calendar.
    Pint ut the days f the week at the tp f the calendar and ask a student t read these wrds alud.
    Ask a student t pint ut tday’s date, tmrrw’s date, the day after tmrrw’s date and yesterday’s date. Cmplete activity 1a, check the answers.
    Ask students t write the wrds tday, tmrrw, yesterday and the day after tmrrw in the crrect spaces n the calendars in their bks.

    1. Wrk with yur partners. Lk at the chart in 1a. Then ask and answer with a partner.
    S1: What’s tday? S2: It’s Mnday, the 14th.

    1. Tell Ss t listen t Vince and Andy’s cnversatin. Then circle Yes r N.
    2. Play the recrding fr the Ss. Ss just listen fr the first time. Play the recrding again and circle.
    3. Play the recrding and check the answers with the Ss.
    Wrk n 1d:
    1. T: Nw please read Vince’s activities in 1d. Tell Ss they'll listen t the tape again. Then try t match Vince’s activities with the days in 1d.
    2. Ss listen t the recrding carefully and try t match Vince’s activities with the days.
    3. Play the recrding again and check the answers with the class.
