    step 1: leading in
    Part 1:Free talk:
    T: Gd mrning, bys and girls..
    S: Gd mrning , teacher.
    They may take turns t ask and answer by greeting each ther.
    Learn abut the everyday greetings.
    Step 2: presentatin
    1. T(take ut a clck and adjust it t the different time f mrning, afternn and
    evening)
    T: Gd afternn. / Gd evening. /Gd night. Then give the clck t different grups and let S greet at different time.
    2.The teacher intrduces himself r herself t the class, including Chinese name and English name.

    The teacher asks a student: T: What is yur name?

    3.T takes ut a picture f Millie with the name n the ther side r at the bttm f the picture and asks “What is her name?”.

    T: Well, Millie is in class 1, Grade 7 nw. she meets many new friends. Wh are they? Let’s cme t knw them.(ne by ne frm Amy t Daniel with the pictures.)
