Revise five vowels and the topic ‘sports’.  Encourage students to talk about their favourite sports.2. Present some pictures. Teach new words and phrases:  favourite football player, come from, member, club, hope, dream, come true. Let students read the passage quickly and find out who is the football player.  1. Let them read the passage one paragraph by one paragraph and find out what they talk about.2. Finish Part B1. 1. Ask students to read the passage carefully and finish Part B3.   2. Check answers and let students express their meanings in full sentences.  Look and answer.    Look and learn carefully. . Answer the questions                                 Step 5 Practise  Step 6Post-reading activities        Step7 homework   1. Help students to finish Part B2, let them read the passage after the tape and correct their pronunciation.   2. Role-play: Act Millie and Simon’s dialogue out. 1. Prepare some sports stars for students and let them choose their favourite stars and make information cards.   2.
