To organize language and descriptions to the community centre.2. To read the passage to your patners.Teaching procedures:Ⅰ. Warm-up Ask the student to read the notice. Ⅱ. Main task (Part A) 1. Talk to Ss about the purpose of writing a communiyt centre. It is important to engage students’ interest at this stage as free writing takes a lot of courage. 2. Encourage them to bring in pictures, and make sketches and drawings to go with their texts. 3. Tell Ss that they need to organize pictures and text. They can use the planning notes as a guide. 4. Go through the notes and make sure the students can understand the meaning. 5. Ask Ss to describe some items about the community centre.let them know what the community centre can help the people in it. 6. Ask Ss to write about their enighbours. Ⅲ. Main task (Part B) 1. Ask Ss to work in pairs. Simon is writing about the meeting on his blog. Help him complete his article with the information in Part A. 2. Ask Ss to plan their own passage about their neighbours. 3. then ask the students to read their passage to the class.Ⅳ. Self-assessment 1. Ask Ss to fill in the blanks and see who can do it well.
