一、 创设情境---引锚 Teacher: Let’s do a survey. If you often check your work after you finish it, raise your hands. Teacher asks the students: Why do you often do that? Teacher: You can correct a lot of your own mistakes by checking your work. After you have finished a piece of writing, always spend some time reading it through. (活动方式:师生共同探讨) 二、自主合作---探锚 探究活动一 Teacher: What kinds of mistakes do you often make? Guide the student to common mistake classification. Such as: word usage mistakes, punctuation mistakes, spelling mistakes, missing words, grammatical mistakes. Explain the Chinese meanings and tell them to pay attention to these parts when they check their compositions. (活动方式:独立思考—小组合作—小组核对) 探究活动二Practice Divide the students into groups of four, ask the students to spend five minutes reading the short passage on Page 117, find all kinds of mistakes and correct them. Ask the students to report the mistakes of the three passages, then students read together. 探究活动三 Extra exercises Find six mistakes in the short passage: Let’s plant more trees! Did you know that trees can help protect the environment? Trees can reduse dust and keep the air clean, They help keep soil in place during storm. Trees also provide wood build our homes, and they are homes to birds and other animals. Planting trees is really good for the environment. Many countries have laws to protect trees. If people in Switzerland cut out trees, they will be punished. Let’s plant more trees. I think our planet will look more nice with more trees around. (1) reduce (S) (2). (P) (3) storms (G) (4) to build (M) (5) down (W) (6) nicer (G) After finishing, teacher: Check your answers in groups of four. Choose two groups to say the answers.
