Book 2 Module 9 Life history一、  教学内容：Unit3 Language in use二、  课型：Revision and application三、  教学目标：   1. 正确运用本模块的词汇：hair, forest, decide, go for a walk, dark, pick up, soon, little, door, answer, hungry, right, in pieces, cry, at first, jump等。2. 能读懂简单的英语童话故事。3. 能够运用规则的单词过去式给同伴讲一个小故事。4. 学会与同学合作，积极主动参与各种语言实践活动，共同完成学习任务。四、  教学重难点：能够根据自己所学，运用规则的单词过去式给同伴讲一个小故事。五、  教学准备：本节课型为Revision and application，根据新课标的要求，结合教材和学生特点，主要采用任务型互动式进行教学，结合情景法、交际法、听说法、归纳法等教学方法实施课堂活动，开启学生思维，通过一系列有条理的教学活动，引导学生自主探究学习和与他人互动合作学习，让学生体验愉快学习。本节课所需教具及资料：幻灯、图片、调查表等。六、  教学过程：教学步骤 教 师 活 动学 生 活 动活 动 目 的1. Leading-in（7’）  1. To give some time to the students to  go over all the new words of this module. 2. Play a game.Give the instructions of the game.   3. Help the students have a dictation of this unit. 1. Revise all the new words and phrases of this module.Then, play a competition,    2. One student stands up and say a verb, the other volunteer stands up as quickly as they can, and say out the irregular past simple. 3. Have a dictation.Review and consolidate the new words , some phrases and the irregular past simple.2. While-task(17’) 1. T: Ok, now let’s learn the Past simple irregular verbs and get to do more exercise of it.        2. After the short retelling, have students complete the passage of Activity2 , 3&41. Finish Activity1 on Page 58. After they finish the sentences, ask someone to talk about Betty’s life briefly like this: Betty _________ in Quincy. And she _______ to John Adams Primary School and she ________ there because she _________ a lot of friends there. In 2008, she ________ to China. 2. Complete the passage of Activity2,3&4. Review and consolidate the irregular past simple just learned in the first two units.   Ask the students to sum up the  irregular verb forms of past tense.   To sum up the irregular verb forms of past tense.  Consolidate the irregular verb forms  that they’ve learned. 3. Post-task (19’)        Organization: 1. Now, boys and girls, we have learnt to know how to talk about the past life of a person, now, can you write something past about Me? And first, you can ask me the information you need to know. 2. T: Ok, now you’ve got the information you need, please write something about me now.3. Have someone to show their composition. 1. Students try to ask the questions like these: When were you born?Where did you born?When did you leave school?When did you get married?When did you have you baby?When did you work in this school?    2.
