母亲节的由来：     母亲节起源于美国。1906年5月9日，美国费城的安娜·贾薇丝的母亲不幸去世，悲痛万分的她在次年母亲周年忌日，组织了追思母亲的活动，并鼓励他人也以类似方式来表达对各自慈母的感激之情。此后，她到处游说并向社会各界呼吁，号召设立母亲节。她的呼吁获得热烈响应。美国参众两院通过决议案，决定每年5月的第二个星期日为母亲节。 这一举措引起世界各国纷纷仿效。
国际上献给母亲的花是康乃馨，它在纤细青翠的花茎上，开着鲜艳美丽的花朵，花瓣紧凑而不易凋落，叶片细长而不易卷曲，花朵雍容富丽，姿态高雅别致。

And make themint crwns and play king f the frest.
把叶子编成皇冠，扮起森林里的国王
He wuld climb up her trunk
And swing frm her branches
And eat apples
And they wuld playhide and g seek
And whenhe was tired,he wuld sleepin her shade.
玩累了，男孩就在她的树荫下睡觉。
And the by lved the tree…..
And the tree was happy
But time went by.
And the by grew lder.
And the tree was ften alne.
Then ne day the by came t the tree and the tree said,”Cme, By, cme and climb up my trunk and swing frm my branches and eat apples and play in my shade and be “happy”“I am t big t climb and play”said the by. “I want t buy thing and have fun. I want sme mney.Can yu give me sme mney?” I’m srry” said the tree,”but I have n mney. I have nly leaves and apples.Take my apples, By, and sell them in city. Then yu will have mney and yu’ll be happy”
树说：「来啊，孩子，来，爬上我的树干，抓著我树枝荡秋千，吃吃苹果，在我的树荫下玩耍， 快快乐乐的！」
「我要买东西来玩，我要钱。你可以給我一些钱吗？」
「我不是小孩子了，我不要爬树和玩耍。」男孩说。
「真抱歉。」树说「我沒有钱。我只有树叶和苹果。孩子，拿我的苹果到城里去卖。这样，你就会有钱，你就会快乐了。」
And s the by climb up thetree and gatheredher applesand carried them away.
And the tree was happy.
于是男孩爬到树上，摘下她的苹果，把苹果通通帶走了。
But the by stayed away fr a lng time…… and the tree was sad. And then ne day the by came back and the tree shk with jy and she said, “,”Cme, By cme and climb up my trunk and swing frm my branches and eat apples and play in my shade and be “happy”
“I am t busy t climb trees,” said the by. “I want a huse t keep me warm,” he said. “I and want a wife and I want children, and s I need a huse.Can yu give me a huse?” “I have n huse” said the tree. The frest is my huse.” said the tree but yu may cut ff my branches and build a huse.Then yu will be happy
男孩好久都沒有再来……树好伤心。
有一天，男孩回来了，树高兴地发抖，她說：「来啊！孩子，爬上我的树干，抓著我的树枝荡秋千，快快乐乐的。」
「我太忙，沒时间爬树。」男孩说。「我想要一间房子保暖。」他说 「我想要妻子和小孩，所以我需要一間房子，你可以给我一间房子吗？
「我沒有房子。」树说。「森林就是我的房子，不过 ，你可以砍下我的树枝，去盖房子，这样你就会快乐了。」
And s the by cut ff her branches and carried them away t build a huse.
于是男孩砍下了她的树枝，把树枝帶走，去盖房子。
But the by stayed away fr a lng time…… and the tree was sad. And when he came back, the tree was s happy she culd hardly speak “Cme, By” she whispered, “Cme and play” “I am t ld and sad t play.” said the by. “I want a bat that will take me away frm here.Can yu give me a bat ?”
“Cut dwn my trunk and make a bat,” said the tree. Then yu can sail away…… and be happy.”
可是男孩好久都沒有再来， 所以当男孩再回来的时候，树太快乐了，快乐得几乎说不出话来。「来啊！孩子」她轻轻地说过来，来玩呀！」
「我又老又伤心，玩不动了」男孩说。「我想要一条船，可以帶我远离这里。你可以给我一条船吗？」
「砍下我的树干去造条船吧！」树说。「这样你就可以远航……你就会快乐。」
And s the by cut dwn her trunk
And made a bat and sail away.
于是男孩砍下了她的树干，造了条船，坐船走了。
And the tree was happy…..
But nt really.
And after a lng time the by came back again. “I am srry, By,” said the tree, “but I have nthing left t give yu---
过了好久好久，那男孩又再回来了。「我很抱歉，孩子。」树说：「我已经沒有东西可以给你了，
My apples are gne.” “My teeth are t weak fr apple,” said the by.“My branches are gne,” said the tree.”Yu cannt swing n them---” I am t ld t swing n branches” said the by.“My trunk is gne,” said the tree. “Yu cannt climb----” I am t tired t climb,” said the by.“I am srry” sighed the tree. “I wish that I culd give yu smething… but I have nthing left. I am just an ld stump. I am srry…”
我的苹果沒了。」「我的牙齿也咬不动苹果了。」「我的树枝沒了。 你不能在上面荡秋千了──」「我太老了，不能在上面荡秋千。」男孩说。
「我真希望我能给你什么……可是我什么也沒了。我只剩下一块老树根。我很抱歉……」
「我的树干沒了。」树说。「你不能爬──」「我太累了，爬不动的。」男孩说。「我很抱歉。」树叹了口气。
