    Why do you like pandas教学目标要求1.能够用所学知识谈论动物,如动物的特性,来自哪里等,如:The elephants are smart. They come from Thailand.2.能够表达喜爱物并给出原因,如:I like koalas. Because they are cute. 3.能够快速浏览文章并掌握文章大意。4.能够认真阅读文章并理解文章细节。5.能够根据思维导图理解文章。6.能根据提示,如思维导图等,复述课文。7.能模仿录音正确朗读课文。  
    教学过程  活动步骤教与学活动目的及其操作教学资源运用复习时间2 m1复习已学目标语和导入谈论动物的话题Talk about the animals in pairs.导入时间2 m2导入新课话题Lets watch the animals. Do you like the animals? (学生会回答Yes. 或No.)But look at these pictures. Many animals are killed by people. They became fewer and fewer. They are endangered. 展示濒临灭绝的动物图片并讲解单词endangered和in danger2a时间8 m3谈论濒临灭绝的动物,为课文展开做铺垫。Check the animals you think are in great danger.4讲解单词,为2b课文阅读做铺垫。Now talk about the animals in 2a.学生四人小组谈论2a所提供的六种动物:S1: Which animals are endangered? S2: I think tigers are endangered. S3: I think elephants are endangered. S4: I think pandas are endangered. 请几组学生示范问答.教师归纳:Yes, tigers, pandas and elephants are endangered animals. And theres a website introducing elephants. At first lets enjoy some pictures of elephants. 设置信息沟,激趣诱思 2b时间8 m5讲解单词,为2b课文阅读做铺垫。T: Look at Picture 1! This is an elephant from Thailand. The elephant is one of the countrys symbols. Look at Picture 2! This is Thailands flag today! But there was a white elephant on the first flag of Thailand because the white elephant is the symbol of good luck. 用图片提供语境,介绍泰国大象的背景知识,板书并教学生词symbol, flag。T: Do you like elephants? Why?S: Yes. Because theyre very smart.T: Elephants are very clever. They can walk a long time but not get lost. They remember places with food and water and never forget. 教师提问:Where do elephants live? 出示forest图片,帮助学生回答:Forest full of trees. 并教学生词 forest。T: But people cut down the trees. 用图片和肢体语言教学短语cut down。T: And even worse, people kill elephants for their ivory. We are so   worried about elephants because elephants become fewer and fewer,   theyre in great danger. 用动作教学kill,用图片教学ivory,用夸张的表情教学worried。 6读第一遍课文了解文章大体意思。Lets read the passage and find out the best title of the article.学生独立选择文章的标题,请个别学生说出自己的选择并阐述理由,核对答案。2c时间12 m7再读课文,进一步了解文章细节。教师提问:How many sides about elephants does the passage mention?学生四人小组讨论,师生共同归纳:a. Elephants importance in Thailand  b. Elephants abilities c. The facts people have done to the elephants d. How to save and  protect elephants 教师呈现2c思维导图,学生阅读2b语篇,独立完成思维导图。Now lets check the answers. 核对答案。提醒学生:填写时可以让学生用较为简略的语言,但是回答时让学生尽量用完整的句子来表达,如:学生可以这样写:first flag had a white elephant,但是表达的时候应说:The first flag had a white elephant on it. Or There was a white elephant on the first flag. 8跟读课文,加深理解。Look, listen and repeat.  9小组活动,协助复述课文,进一步理解课文。Work in groups and retell the passage according to the mind-map. 将学生分成四人小组,每个成员负责思维导图中的一部分内容,四人合作完整复述语篇。 拓展时间3 m10拓展:询问为什么喜欢(其他内容)展示其他濒临灭绝的动物图片,让学生仿照2b课文中的句子讨论。    小结时间4 m11本活动的检查评价;归纳反馈强化本节课学习目标Read these sentences together.作业1 m12Homework(布置作业)
