Module 8 Unit 2 There are lots of games. 【教学内容】The main content of this unit1.Language knowledge语言知识: Vocabulary词汇:能听懂、会说、会读、会写新单词line, morning exercises, miss, fun, break time and study hard Sentences句型:掌握句型:“…… school starts at …….” “……school finishes at …….”2.Language skills语言技能:能理解、朗读课文;能通过阅读课文抓住主要信息。3.Attitudes to learning 情感态度:积极向上,自我激励,团结合作,学习自信心。4.Learning Strategies学习策略:合作学习。【学情分析】学生对于学校生活这一话题比较感兴趣,话题中的信息易于理解,但牵涉到一些新的词汇,给学生的表达加大了一定的难度。 【第一课时】【教学目标】知识目标: 1.能听、说、读、写新词组: break time and study hard;2.能理解、朗读课文;3.能运用关于学校生活的部分句型进行问答;What time do you get up? I get up at… What time does the school start? The school starts at…and so on.能力目标:尝试完成一篇关于学校生活的填空小短文情感目标: 1.培养学生积极用英语表达的情感态度。2.培养学生的竞争与合作意识。3.培养学生热爱学校生活的情感,加强集体的凝聚力。【教学难点】Talk about our school life and try to complete a short passage about it. (谈论学校生活并尝试完成一篇关于学校生活的填空小短文)【教学方法】引导法、教授法、小组合作学习、竞赛活动【教学准备】磁带、录音机、电脑、多媒体【教学过程】Step 1 Warming up (热身活动) Greetings. (师生问候) Free talk: Differences between schools in England and China which Ss learnt in Unit 1. (讨论在第一单元中所学的中英学校的不同)Step 2 Leading in(导入) T shows Ss three pictures about this text and leads Ss to talk about them: What can you see in these pictures? (老师给学生展示本节课课文图片,引导学生讨论,初步对课文建立印象,同时讨论中激发的语言灵感可为后来的短文写作作一定的铺垫。同时,可以对新、难的词组进行呈现教授。)Step3 Presentation(呈现)Learn the new text Ss listen to the tape and answer the questions: What do children do every day? (学生听课文磁带,回答课文中关于学校生活的一个问题:What do children do every day? ) Ss read the text by themselves and finish some exercises. (学生阅读课文文本,完成部分练习。) T guides Ss to check the answers and explains some new phrases to Ss: have fun, at break time and study hard. (老师带领学生确定习题答案,在此过程中,老师将对新词组和难句进行讲解和巩固。) Ss read the passage after the tape twice. (学生跟读磁带,进一步巩固课文文本学习。)Step4 Practice(操练) T shows Ss some questions about our school life and lets Ss answer them. T could write the answers as well as the key sentence in this module on the blackboard.(老师创造情境,激发学生兴趣,以本单元第二题的问题为蓝本,引导学生讨论学校生活, 回答相关问题,老师在黑板上板书答案, 也就是本模块的部分重要句型。) T leads Ss to complete a short passage about the school life orally.(老师带领学生依据黑板中板书的答案和句型口头完成一篇关于学校生活的填空小短文。) Ss fill in the blank by themselves.(学生按照自己的想法笔头完成填空小短文。) Show time. (小短文展示)【作业布置】Finish the article about your school life. 【板书设计】 Unit 2 There are lots of games I get up at 6:30 Our school starts at 7:55. Our school finishes at 4:55. I read books at break time. My favorite subject is/ I like English. I go to bed at 9:00.
