Friendship Day (友谊日) is celebrated all over the world. Most people celebrate it on the first Sunday of August every year and it is the best chance to say “Thank you” to your friends. Do you know that almost each Chinese dish has its own story behind it? Here are two stories about jiaozi—Chinese dumplings.
