Nw add tw r three drps f different liquid fd cluring t the centre f the milk. They shuld frm ne large dark puddle in the middle f the milk. Nw,dip a cttn swab int dish sap,and place it int the middle f the fd cluring.Yu will see the clurs quickly mve t escape frm the sap,making interesting and beautiful patterns.This happens because the dish sap mlecules have a strng negative charge, and the milk mlecules have a strng psitive charge. Like magnets, these mlecules are attracted t each ther, and s they appear t mve arund n the plate, taking the fd cluring with them, making it lk like the clurs are quickly mving t escape frm the sap.
