    The General Idea f This Perid:
    This perid will cnslidate the wrds and expressins the students learnt in the reading part and deal with the grammar part:the Future Passive Vice.Systematic explanatin shall be given and sme exercises shall be assigned fr the students t cmplete t cnslidate their knwledge n it.
    Teaching Aims:
    1.Enable the students t recgnize and learn by heart the useful wrds and expressins learnt in Reading part.(hnest,medal gymnasium,stadium,admit,take part in,replace,prize,a set f,interview,cmpete in/against/fr,cmpetitr,cmpetitin)
    2.Revise the present passive vice and enable the students t use the future Passive Vice t express their idea r plan.
    Teaching Imprtant Pints:
    1.The Future Passive Vice.
    2.The basic usage f the Future Passive Vice and learn t use it in different situatins.
    Teaching Difficult Pint:
    Hw t use the Future Passive Vice.

    Recgnize the rules independently and practice.

    Step 1 Revisin
    1.Greet the class as usual.
    2.Revise the interview between Pausanias and Lily by asking and answering sme questins.
    T:Yesterday we learned an interview.Remember?Wh is the interviewer?
    Ss:Pausanias,a Greek writer 2000 years ag.
    T:Gd.What abut the interviewee?
    Ss:Lily,a Chinese girl.
    T:What d they talk abut?
    Ss:They talked abut the ancient and mdern Olympics Games,especially the similarities and differences.
    T:Very gd.They talked abut the Olympic Games,which are ne f the mst imprtant athletic event in the wrld.Hw ften are the mdern Olympic Games held?
    Ss:Every fur years.
    T:What abut the ancient Olympic Games?
    Ss:Every fur years,t.

    S10:There is a special village fr the cmpetitrs t live in,a stadium fr the cmpetitins and a gymnasium fr thse wh watch the games nw.But there were nt in the past.

    Step 2 Discvering Useful Wrds and Expressins
    T:Yu were expected t cmplete the exercises in Learning abut Language independently.Have yu finished?Nw let’s check the answers.
