Summer (from January to March)

In autumn, the days are warm and sunny. Temperatures can get into the 20s. It is cool at night. In autumn, the trees lose their leaves.

Winter (from July to September)

In winter, it is cold and it rains a lot. The sun seldom shines. The days are gray and it is often windy.

Spring (from October to December)

In spring, the weather in Melbourne is unpredictable. Sometimes there is a sudden drop in temperature and it gets cooler. People describe this weather as “four seasons in one day”.
