Section B  第3课时（1a~1d） 类别学习重点重点单词land, suit重点短语run after, something strange ,catch a bus重点句式He might be running to catch a bus to work. 课前预习写一写1.着陆；降落land              2.西服；套装suit译一译1.追逐；追赶run after           2.赶公汽catch a bus3.穿着西服wear a suit背一背1.他们看到一个人正在跑。They see a man running.3.他可能为了锻炼而在跑。He could be running for exercise.4.他可能在跑去赶公共汽车。He might be running to catch a bus. 新课导入Ask the students if they learn something about UFO and what they are.新课展示 【完成教材1a~1d的教学任务】1.1a学生看图片，用合适的词语给每一张图片写一个句子。2.1b学生听录音，给1a三张图片编号,然后写两三个句子完成故事。3.1c学生听录音，完成句子。4.1d学生表演这两个人的对话。【语法提要】1.catchcatch动词，意为“赶上；捕获”。过去式、过去分词均为caught，catch a bus意为“赶上公共汽车”。如：I don’t know whether we can catch the early bus.我不知道能否赶上早班车。The cat caught a mouse.那只猫逮到了一只老鼠。2.run afterrun after意为“在……后面跑；追”。如：  The man is running after his son, because his son doesn’t want to do his homework.那位先生在追他儿子，因为儿子不想做作业。类似的词组还有：read after 跟着读。如：Our teacher often asks us to read after him.我们老师常叫我们跟着他读。3.with英语里表达“有；没有”，可以用there be 句型，动词have/haven’t，介词with/without等。there be 句型表示“在……存在有”。如：There are 50 students in our class.我们班有五十个学生。have/haven’t作动词表示“某某拥有”。如：He has a lot of friends at school.在学校他有很多朋友。介词with/without作伴随状语。如：He sits on a chair with only three legs.他坐在一个只有三只脚的凳子上。【问题探究】1.He said that an alien was running after a man with   an   umbrella.（用a, an填空)2.The man is walking for  exercise （exercise).3.
