【语法提要】
1.save
save作动词，意为“救;拯救”，后常跟介词frm。
例句：He saved the by frm the big fire.他从大火中救出了那个男孩。
2.cut ff
（1）切断（水、电）；中断；关掉。
例句：Their water supply was cut ff．他们的水源被切断了。
All cmmunicatins are cut ff．一切通讯都被切断了。
（2）切下来；剪下来。
例句：The rpe is tw feet lnger than we needed，s we cut ff the extra length．
绳子比我们需要的长两英尺，因此我们把多余的给剪下来了。
