We stayed at the Altapura fr 9 nights ver the Christmas perid. The htel benefits frm a perfect lcatin with easy ski in and ski ut. The ski rm is well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful in fitting the crrect skis and bts.
Overall the htel is well appinted and cnveniently lcated with its wn undergrund car park, a selectin f restaurants and spa facilities. We particularly enjyed lunches n the sunny terrace (露天平台) facing the slpes and have a late afternn drink at the bar area in the cmfrtable chairs and sfas which are surrunded by tw fires.
We supprt the repeated cmment in all the reviews that there is n cntrl ver the temperature in the rm. We were als surprised the bathrm flr was nt heated. This is t be expected at any five star htel in the Alps and is a standard these days in s many hmes that fr a htel nt t have it is disappinting.
Our main letdwn with the htel was service and this was brken dwn t the actual servicing f the rm and the verall peratin f the htel. By ur third night we did cmplain t the management and the GM Praveen was quick t meet with us and crack all the issues as well as ffer us a drink and dinner n the huse, which was highly appreciated.
The managements' timely respnse t ur issues is why we have given this review 4 ut f 5. Otherwise we wuld have given this htel 3/ 5.
Overall if yu are lking t stay at the highest resrt in Eurpe and want t be guaranteed snw, then the Altapura is the place t stay at in Val Threns.

While taking classes at my high schl, I als tk 10 credits at the cllege in my twn and wrked part-time, t. At that time I didn't think I really culd make it. Hwever, any time I started t feel like I culdn't g thrugh it all, I wuld turn t ne f the best teachers I've ever knwn.
Mr Bggs was my chemistry teacher at high schl, but he was s much mre than that t me. He made an effrt t get t knw all f his students n a persnal level. He made us feel like we culd get thrugh everything we were struggling with, and he made sure we knew we culd g t him fr help.
