Teenagers' fitness is nw a majr cncern, and physical exercise is very imprtant. It reduces stress and imprves fitness. Exercise makes yur bdy strng, and helps yu t keep the right bdy weight. Sprts scientist Dr. Helen Lpez ffers the fllwing advice t teenagers: “First, yu need t find ut yur present level f fitness. Then yu can design a prgramme that will help yu becme healthier.”
