I agree with this argument. I remember when I jined the schl table tennis club, I was nt active in my training sectins at all. One day the teacher tld us that a team wuld be frmed t cmpete in the City League. The team was made up f nly 5 members while there were 8 students in the club. The rest wuld be just watching matches utside! Nbdy wanted that. I felt stressed. In the next few weeks, pressure mtivated me t achieve my gal, pushing me t train harder when I wanted t laze. My skills prgressed rapidly. Finally, I gt a place in the team.
Therefre, I truly believe that mderate pressure des gd t prgress.

As senir three students, we have t g thrugh many exams accmpanied by pssible setbacks. I nce failed ne imprtant exam, which drve me t study harder afterwards. I was stressed ut but highly mtivated. Sn I gt nrmal grade in anther exam. Frm then n, I kept wrking hard and prgressed steadily. I believe mst students have similar experiences. Pressure is always by my side. Withut pressure frm exams and peers, I might be t relaxed t fight fr my wn future.
All in all, I think mderate pressure can imprve ur perfrmance.
