表示从过去已经开始持续到现在的动作或状态，可以和表示“从过去某一时刻延续到现在的一段时间状语”连用，如fr与since引导的时间状语。
Present Perfect Tense
fr与 since都能与现在完成时连用，但区别较大：
(3) 二者可以转换: fr+一段时间 = since+一段时间+ag
He has studied English since 2000.
He has studied English fr five years.
e.g. 他已经学习英语5年了。
(1) fr + 一段时间
e.g. 自2000年以来他一直在学习英语。
(2) since + 过去时间点
/ since five years ag
e.g. 从我6岁起，我就拥有了这辆自行车。
I have had this bike since I was six years ld.
(4) since能引导时间状语从句 (主句用现在完成时，从句用一般过去时)，而fr则不能。
fr 和 since 在现在完成时中的应用
含有fr，since的现在完成时的用法歌诀: 过去的动作或状态，一直持续到现在， fr / since 把时间带。

一般过去时与现在完成时的区别
一般过去时只强调过去的动作；现在 完成时强调过去的事情对现在的影响。 一般过去时通常与表示过去的时间状 语连用；现在完成时则不能与表示过 去的时间状语连用。 一般过去时单纯表示过去的经历；现 在完成时表示过去的动作或状态延续 到现在并可能持续下去。
