人教版英语八年级上册第五单元书面表达Unit 5  Do you want to watch a game show?本单元是人教版新目标八年级上册第五单元，一开头的Section A部分，介绍了常见的电视节目名称：talk slow脱口秀， Soap opera 肥皂剧，Sports shows运动节目，Sitcom情景喜剧，game show 游戏节目， talent show才艺展示，news 新闻等。然后通过谈论“what do you want to watch? ”回答：I want to watch game shows. 再问 what do you think of game shows?”回答: I like /love them. I can’t stand them. I don’t like them. I don’t mind them. 这样一步步引出目标语言，在这个过程中，介绍了很多动词不定式(want/ expect/ plan/ hope to do sth.)这些都是本单元书面表达的基础。接下来，在Section B部分，Ia中用一个“what do you think of these TV shows and movies? 句型，引出一系列形容词：educational有教育意义的，Serious严肃的，wonderful 极好的，relaxing 放松，meaningless毫无意义的，enjoyable 令人享受的。exciting令人兴奋的， boring 无聊的。这些形容词都可以表达对电视节目或者电影的态度，于是，为了巩固知识，在Section B 1d部分用了以下句子：John wants to watch talk Shows because they’re enjoyable. I like to watch action movies because they’re exciting. 分别以第三人称单数John和第一人称I来叙述。有了以上课本基础后，就可以完成如下书面表达了：很多人喜欢看电视，但是不同的人喜欢看不同的电视节目。在电视上，有很多受欢迎的节目，例如：脱口秀、运动节目、情景喜剧、肥皂剧、新闻等等。一些人喜欢看运动节目，尤其是篮球和足球，它们是令人兴奋的。另一些人喜欢看新闻，他们认为新闻是很有教育意义的。通过看新闻，你可以知道世界上发生了什么事。对我来说，我喜欢看才艺展示节目，它们很精彩。而我的朋友Alice喜欢看游戏节目，它们是令人放松的。写作前的准备：单词和短语的准备：people 人，many people 许多人，不同的人different people，观看watch，TV shows电视节目，在电视上on TV，许多 a lot of或者many ，节目program，例如for example，等等and so on， 脱口秀talk show，运动节目sports show， 情景喜剧sitcom，肥皂剧soap opera，新闻news，篮球basketball，足球soccer ball，令人兴奋的exciting，有教育意义的educational，对我来说for me，精彩的wonderful，令人放松的relaxing。   一些有用的表达： like to do sth.或者like doing sth. 喜欢做某事some… others…一些。。。另一些。。。what’s going on around the world   世界上发生了什么事sb. think(s)…is(are)+形容词    某人认为。。。是。。。的by doing sth. 通过做某事（以做某事的方式）书面表达分析：第一句：很多人喜欢看电视节目：主语+谓语动词（Many people like watching TV）注意like的用法：like to do sth.或者like doing sth. 喜欢做某事。但是不同的人喜欢看不同的电视节目。But different people like different TV programs.（写的时候注意people是单复数相同的词，而program因为是不同的节目，有多个，应该用复数programs.）第二句：There are many popular programs on TV.用there be 句型表示某处有某物。有些学生用have，have一般是指某人拥有某物。此句的电视上有很多受欢迎的节目属于某处有。第三句：Such as talk shows , sports shows , sitcoms , soap operas and so on.注意这些节目名称要用复数。第四句：Some people like watching sports shows , especially basketballs and soccer balls.注意especially表示“特别、尤其”这种句子：They think they are educational.要把它写完整。很多学生是这样写的：Others like watching news , are educational.前面半句没有问题，但是后面半句写新闻是有教育意义的，就应该把主语they加上，另外还可以加一个they thinkYou can learn what’s going on around the world by watching news.这个句子要难一点，你可以学到“世界上发生了什么事” You can learn what’s going on around the world，其中的介词短语by watching news（通过做某事的方式）也可以放到句子前面。But my friend Alice likes watching game shows , she thinks they are relaxing.  最后一句，在书写的时候要注意主谓一致。Alice是第三人称单数，谓语动词用与之对应的likes，第三人称单数。书面表达范文如下： Many people like watching TV , but different people like different TV programs. There are many popular programs on TV. Such as talk shows , sports shows , sitcoms , soap operas and so on. Some people like watching sports shows , especially basketballs and soccer balls. They are exciting . Others like watching news , they think they are educational. You can learn what’s going on around the world by watching news.
