    Dr. Jsefina has recently published a bk, Vibrant at Any Age, based n her lifelng jurney f self-imprvement. Jsefina, 71, is glad she didn't think abut her age when she tk up bdybuilding at age 59.

    Marcus Eriksen was studying plastic pllutin when he met camel expert Ulrich Wernery.     Wernery is a scientist wrking in a research lab in Dubai. Since 2008. Wernery’s team has examined 30,000 dead camels. Of these, 300 had guts packed with plastic.     A bezar can be dangerus. As it fills the stmach. an animal may stp eating. N lnger feeling hungry, they might starve t death. Plastic can als release harmful chemicals. The plybezars may even carry bacteria that can pisn camels.
    In a new study, Eriksen and Wernery reprt data suggesting that each year these plybezars are killing ff arund 1 in every 100 f camels. Of five camel bezars analyzed fr this study, the plastic cntent ranged frm 3 t 64 kilgrams.
